All  S Y L F A A E  goods are posted through Australia Post, and shipping is $10 flat rate for Express postage with insurance. Any orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping when you type "FREESHIP" in the discount code at checkout. Please bear in mind that Auspost occasionally experiences delays, especially at the end of the year, so please remember this if your package takes a little longer to arrive. Your tracking number that is provided will allow you to see when your package is due.

When your items are dispatched, you will be emailed with a tracking number. Please make sure all your shipping details provided to us are correct, as once the package has been dispatched it is out of my hands, and I will not take any responsibility for a misplaced package due to any errors. If a parcel is returned to me due to not picking up your package or an incorrect address, you will be required to pay for postage again in order for me to redeliver it.

If there are any issues regarding shipping of your goods after I have posted it and provided tracking, please contact Australia Post, as the package is now their responsibility to ship to you. They have an online form for any lost/delayed packages.
